My car was damaged from an out of state driver. Lucky for me they left their contact number. After contacting the driver, I was immediately contacted by Safeco, the driver's insurance co. the following day, Saturday. They were courteous and wanted to accommodate all my needs. I purchased a truck to pull my boat back in June 2014. I got a phenomenal deal on a 3500 Dodge Ram and could not pass it up. I got rear ended by a Safeco customer at the end of March this year. I filed the claim the same day. I got my vehicle fixed right away (minor damage) but they are dragging out the medical payment for my son (also minor.) It has been five months, and still no payment. I hardly hear from the adjuster. Terrible company...customer service sucks. The lady was terrible..I asked her to repeat the confirmation number and she was very sarcastic. So mad on the phone I did not get to the real problem at hand. Considering switching to my old provider...premium was high but at least had good customer service. Add comment

You are beyond awful as an insurance company. Canceling tomorrow. Horrible customer service and incredible incompetence. Can't wait to see this company in the rear view mirror. Add comment

I cancelled my Safeco coverage with my agent and went with another insurance company because Safeco was raising my premiums by $300. Safeco continued to send me bills and after many phone calls to customer service and no resolution I found out my credit score is continuing to drop. They don't seem to care.
