I feel the need to report to Safeco Insurance company of the terrible customer service my wife and I received dealing with our insurance agent. I have left many messages, without even a callback or e-mail explaining what was going on.

My agent, Jason Davis, at American Founders Insurance Group has never given my insurance policy or questions I have had, any attention, and always said they were really busy. I guess they were too busy for my insurance needs. Needless to say I was and am still quite put out with this kind of treatment, so that is why I cancelled my auto insurance policy, Y808****, as of January 22, 2015.

I just felt you need to know what this local agent is doing, or not doing in my case. I am not one to complain, but if this happened to us, I am sure others have suffered the same or worse!!

Thank you for your constructive feedback.

I am truly sorry you feel you retrieved no attention from me. I do have over 50 documented correspondences with you within one year over an ongoing billing issue. I know this is why we ended up parting ways.

I do pride myself in customer service so I am deeply troubled that we parted ways in this manner.
